Thursday, June 13

Arrive Thursday afternoon to set up your campsite and immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the Summit Bechtel Reserve. Gates open at noon.

Campsites are included in the weekend pass and attendees will be parked as they come in on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be parked closest to the stadium.

  • Note – Holding camping spots is not allowed, so plan to come into the property together if you want to camp next to each other.
  • Gates will close at 9:00 pm on Thursday, June 13 for anyone wishing to come into camp that evening.

Friday, June 14

  • 9:00 am: Gates Open
    • Friday attendees are welcome on the property to find their camping spot or to park for the day.
  • 10:00 am – 5:30 pm: Dive into Adventure
    • Spend the day enjoying your pre-reserved property activities (Hiking, Archery, Throwing, Rock Climbing, Fishing Derby, Zip Lines, and more).
  • 4:00 pm: Let the Music Begin
    • Friday’s music will kick off at 4:00 pm and will end after 11:00 pm
  • Throughout the Day: Savor The Food + Shop
    • Savor the variety of food trucks and shop at the Artist Market to enhance your festival experience.
  • Gates will close at 11:00 pm on Friday for anyone wishing to come into camp that evening.

Saturday, June 15

  • 9:00 am: Gates Open
    • Attendees are welcome on the property to find their camping spot or to park for the day.
  • 10:00 am – 5:30 pm: Continue the Adventure
    • Spend the day enjoying your pre-reserved property activities (Hiking, Archery, Throwing, Rock Climbing, Fishing Derby, Zip Lines, and more).
  • 2:00 pm: Saturday Night Show
    • Saturday’s music will kick off at 2:00 pm with music running all day and well after 11:00 pm with our headlining performance.
  • Throughout the Day: Savor The Food + Shop
    • Savor the variety of food trucks and shop at the Artist Market to enhance your festival experience.

Sunday, June 16

Time to Bid Farewell

    • Guests are requested to depart the property any time prior to noon on Sunday.
    • This provides our team time to clean the property.
