Spend the Weekend Camping

The camping experience at the Summit Bechtel Reserve is a harmonious blend of nature and comfort, offering a chance to embrace West Virginia’s wilderness. Well-kept campgrounds cater to all, from traditional tent camping to RV sites, there’s a space for every kind of adventurer. Expect camper-friendly facilities to include featured amenities such as clean restrooms, showers, and easy access to water sources.  What further sets the camping experience apart is its close proximity to the Summit’s activities and events, allowing campers to seamlessly transition from their outdoor haven to the heart of the action.

Camping Options

All weekend festival camping includes car camping spaces. Camping and parking passes are for the vehicle you are entering the property with (not everyone in your party requires a camping pass if you are traveling together in the same vehicle). Each camping space is 20×20 that will provide space for a vehicle and car. For an additional price, attendees can secure RV spaces. Unfortunately, we do not have tents for rent at the festival or camping gear, so please plan accordingly and bring camping gear and tents with you.

Note – Holding camping spots is not allowed, so plan to come into the property together if you want to camp next to each other.  Gates will open at noon on June 13 for access to camping and will close at 9:00 pm on Thursday, June 13 for anyone wishing to come into camp that evening. Gates will open again on Friday at 9 am until 10 pm that evening and then again on Saturday at 9 am.

General Admission

Attendees can enjoy a dedicated car camping space during the full festival. Attendees will be directed to their GA spaces upon arrival. Early arrival provides closer access to the stadium and activities.

Quiet/Family Camping

We have designated a specific camping area as quiet camping. This is an ideal place for families and attendees that want to get to sleep early. Space is limited.

ADA Camping

We have designated a specific camping area for our ADA guests. This space provides camping and parking, as well as ADA compliant bathrooms.

RV Parking

We offer designated areas (20'x60') for RV parking, featuring level spaces without hookups. All RV camping is dry camping, and there’s an additional fee for RV camping. Space is limited.

Day Parking:

Access to the property is restricted to ticket holders only. If you prefer not to arrive early for the full weekend experience, day parking options are available. You will need to have a parking pass (either a weekend camping pass or a day pass) to drive your vehicle on the property.

ADA Parking

We do have designated ADA parking for our day guests. Please make sure to select the ADA Day Parking pass when purchasing your tickets. Staff will direct you to the parking area near the stadium.
